AURN — Shipping Policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
We aim to prepare and dispatch AURN orders as quickly as possible.
Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. In some cases, processing may take up to 2 business days, particularly during product drops, weekends, holidays or periods of high order volume.
Orders placed after 5 PM IST may be processed on the following business day.
2. SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA
AURN ships across India.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
Major cities: 3–7 business days
Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, courier availability and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the order and delivery location.
The final shipping charge will always be shown at checkout before payment, so there are no unexpected shipping charges after your order is placed.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or during selected promotions.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided with your order.
You can also use Track Order on AURN.in to check your order status.
5. ADDRESS & DELIVERY
Please make sure your delivery address, PIN code and contact details are correct when placing your order.
If an order is returned to AURN because of an incomplete/incorrect address, repeated delivery failure or customer unavailability, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with your Order ID and any relevant photographs or unboxing video.
We will investigate the issue with our delivery partner and assist with an appropriate replacement or resolution.
7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.
Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
AURN currently ships within India only.
