Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All AURN orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
During product drops or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Within India

We offer pan-India shipping on all orders.

Shipping Speeds

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (major cities)

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, location, and external conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹0 – ₹149 depending on order value

  • Free shipping may be available during select promotions or for qualifying orders.

Exact shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment at any time through the courier partner’s portal.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
AURN is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability

  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.)

If a package returns to us due to incomplete/incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available, but will be introduced soon.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with your Order ID and unboxing images/video.

  • We will assist you with a replacement or resolution after verifying with the courier.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
