AURN — Returns & Exchange Policy

Every AURN piece is made to order. Please review the product details and size guide before placing your order to help ensure the perfect fit.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We offer a one-time size exchange.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original packaging and tags intact.

Exchanges are available for size only and are subject to availability.

Reverse and re-shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery location and courier availability. Any applicable charge will be communicated to you before the exchange is processed.

RETURNS

As AURN pieces are made to order specifically for each purchase, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind or preference.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/video of the issue.

Once verified, AURN will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

REFUNDS

Refunds are provided when:

• an eligible defective/incorrect product cannot be replaced; or
• AURN is unable to fulfil your order.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
