AURN — Return & Refund Policy

1. No Returns (Made-to-Order Products)

All AURN pieces are made to order, crafted exclusively for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns on any items once an order is placed.

We encourage customers to review our size chart and product details carefully before purchasing.


2. Size Exchange Policy

While we do not accept returns, we do offer size exchanges in case the received product does not fit.

Conditions for Size Exchange:

  • Exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Only size can be exchanged — no color or product changes.

  • One-time exchange per order is allowed.

Once approved, we will arrange the exchange and send you the desired size.


3. Exchange Shipping Charges

Depending on your location and courier availability:

  • Forward and reverse pickup fees may apply.

  • Charges will be communicated before the exchange process begins.


4. Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing video/images and your order ID.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


5. Refunds

Since AURN products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for any reason except:

  • If the product delivered is defective and cannot be replaced

  • If the order cannot be fulfilled from our end

In such rare cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
